My Fate 歌词

My life, my fate Another day I wake up tired and I feel like an empty shell So much to do, but yet, nothing really matters to me Stuck in a circle without a chance to get out of I'm just a number, just a little, just a little gear in the box I had to get out This is the first day of the rest of my life Gotta make up my mind and stand up for myself The last day I'm chasing your dreams It's time I take my fate in my hands When I was looking back, I had to realize For too long I've lived in a trance just doing what I was told It seems everybody was happy that way, but me I gotta change my ways, gotta change my days Gotta change 'em for good and start anew This is the first day of the rest of my life Gotta make up my mind and stand up for myself The last day I'm chasing your dreams It's time I take my fate in my hands No more need for those tiring stupid role plays No more need to pretend Sweet is the taste of boundless freedom That I found in the end First day of the rest of my life - it is the first day Gotta make up my mind and stand up for myself, there'll be no better day The last day I'm chasing your dreams It's time I take my fate in my hands
