Swimming 歌词

North of shelby town there’s a lake uncharted And from an anchor town comes a boy whole hearted All his preparation so exhausting Built endurance makes him right for the crossing And not in winter time cause the lake’s all frozen June is opportune so the date is chosen Take the tripod to raft for short filming It’s only small town news but to us he’s famous His declaration makes everyone think he’s the greatest All the way in record time All our eyes were glued to the waves that he made in an unnamed lake Follow the wake through record time All the while the camera’s collecting the take... All collecting the take. It’s only us except for a lone man fishing Find a shady spot to lay out the provisions Puts his goggles on for underwater vision As he breaks the glass into water with diver’s precision He’s one ambitious boy, an olympic tradition All the way in record time All our eyes were glued to the waves that he made in an unnamed lake Follow the wake in record time All the while the camera’s collecting the take All the way in record time All our eyes were glued to the waves That he made in an unnamed lake Follow the wake in record time All the while the camera’s collecting the take... Ah, collecting the take All our eyes were glued to him.
