Chasin Amy 歌词

I graduated on May 13 thew my cap in the air Had too much to drink Told everybody that we'd stay friends forever Well,it was 3 A.M. when she drove me home We were a couple from that night on Steamin' up windows and spending every minute together Oh,me and Amy makin' out down by the water Radio blarin' both of us swearin' Nothin' was gonna change We were young and lazy I was soakin' up that sweet summer Spendin' my days in a beautiful haze And all of my nights Chasin' Amy Well,it was late-night pizzas and baseball games Hangin' out at the bowlin' lanes Sneakin' into the movies on Friday night Oh,I was always tryin' to seal one more kiss She had somethin' I couldn't resist Fireworks shootin' off between us like the fourth of July Oh,me and Amy makin' out down by the water Radio blarin' both of us swearin' Nothin' was gonna change We were young and lazy I was soakin' up that sweet summer Spendin' my days in a beautiful haze And all of my nights Chasin' Amy Oh,my love chasin' Amy Well,I guess there ain't no endless summer Life's all about change I haven't seen her since that September But sometimes I still think about.... ....Me and Amy makin' out down by the water Radio blarin' both of us swearin' Nothin' was gonna change We were young and lazy I was soakin' up that sweet summer Spendin' my days in a beautiful haze And all of my nights Chasin' Amy Oh,my love chasin' Amy And I still remember chasin' Amy
