Johnny, Hold Back 歌词

Johnny was a head case, Never let himself get put down or pushed round I'm telling you, he was no clown, He's just a crazy young fool Five foot six of muscle, He was always on the hustle, so watch out 'Cause when johnny is about he don't follow no rules I said "johnny hold back, Pull your reins in back track!" Alright, "johnny hold back, 'Cause your future looks black!" I said "you gotta slow down!" Johnny was a boozer, at romance he was a loser, No love life Alcohol made a strange wife, I said it's "love on the rocks" Sitting down across some bar room table talking madness, Now slow down I said "johnny, You whoe down or else you're in for some shocks" I said "johnny hold back, pull your reins in back track!" Alright, "johnny hold back, 'cause your future looks black!" I said "you gotta slow down!" Johnny was a gambler, Just a local midnight rumbler, no cool hand Play it out, make a grand stand when the chips are all down The cincinnati kid has nothing on our john, He'll play 'til the last shout He will play 'til he flakes out, 'til the room's spinning round I said "johnny hold back, pull your reins in back track!" Alright, "johnny hold back, 'cause your future looks black!" I said "you gotta slow down!"
