It's Okay lyrics

I know you're hurtin', tryin' so hard to run away Or push it down below But it gets worse when you never look it in the face And that's why you should know It's okay not to be okay You don't have to hide from what you feel It's alright not to be alright When the pain's becoming all too real You can scream it, shout it, cry it out It's how we start to heal Things will get better But if it's not today, it's okay You wanna heal the hurt, you gotta feel the hurt You wanna heal the hurt, you gotta feel it first You wanna heal the hurt, you gotta feel the hurt It's okay not to be okay (I am not okay) You don't have to hide from what you feel It's alright not to be alright (I am not okay) When the pain's becoming all too real You can scream it, shout it, cry it out (oh) It's how we start to heal Things will get better But if it's not today, it's okay
