Last Call For Alcohol lyrics

There's no blonde at the bar making eyes at me So I don't suppose that I'd be cheerful company Anyhow it's too late to even hope tonight They just switched off the jukebox and turned on the lights And it's last call for alcohol oh that's the worst of all When the drinks are gone the table's cleared and they tell me to go home To a house where live the pieces of my broken heart Last call for alcohol and time for tears to start [ piano ] Cuase there once was somebody in this life of mine One to take her place I don't expect to find But it might be a long long time before She's back and the lights go on in my life once more And it's last call for alcohol oh that's the worst of all When the drinks are gone the table's cleared and they tell me to go home Waitress tell 'em fix one more and pour it tall I'll drink it fast I know that it's last call for alcohol
