Songtext von Vortex

Torn from the marrow, wired in thirst I feed the void with every verse Lungs are filled with static noise My voice is ash, but still it roars Skies collapse beneath my grit Gravity begins to eat Rage, a drug I cannot quit I tear the stars and swallow it Mirrors crack with every breath I kiss the teeth of holy death I scream in colors no eye has seen Inside the vortex, I split my skin Vortex spinning through the flame I burn my fucking name, I kill my fucking name Vortex silence carved in cries I climb the pit that never dies Vortex spinning through the flame I burn my fucking name, I kill my fucking name Vortex silence carved in cries I climb the pit that never dies There’s no escape from the spiral tide You run, you rot, but still inside Flesh and fire, bones and breath You dance in the arms of infinite death
