Testo di Madeira, That Night

This island, hideout for lovers Some passion, some secrets and flowers Wonders everywhere The sea spreads into the air And from "Pontinha" you see The Holy kissing the sea Looking at this royal city This island is you and me Madeira, oh Madeira You´re my first paradise I will never forget you Nor my lovely Funchal Dolphins were playing by the bay The moon was showing the way I´ll never forget that night Your eyes were shinning so bright
